In most cases, items showcased on this site can be customized to your specific request. Please note that the custom piece may not look exactly like the item on the site. Due to availability of materials, some components of the piece may be substituted with a similar component. If you're interested in customizing one of the jewelry pieces, please email me at lisa@trinketsbylisat.com. Include in your email:

  • The name of the item
  • The quantity desired
  • Any customization requests (date needed by, size, color, clasp or earring type, etc.)
  • Your contact information (email, phone, address)

If you'd like Trinkets by Lisa T to design a fully custom piece for you, let me know what you're looking for. I can work with you to design your perfect crystal, sterling silver, or glass bead jewelry. I will design the piece or set based on your desires, and email to you a picture of the final piece. Any design changes after this point may be subject to a redesign fee.

Order & Shipping Options

Once your order is received, you'll receive an email receipt for your item(s). Payment must be received before your order will be shipped.

*I offer free shipping (within the continental United States) for any items delivered via First Class mail. Insurance is available, at your expense, upon request.

All jewelry comes beautifully presented in a gift box or organza gift bag and is packaged securely in bubblewrap to stop damage in transit.

Please let me know if you'd like to add special options (expedited shipping, insurance, etc.) to your shipping method. Trinkets by Lisa T will not pay charges incurred by the inclusion of additional shipping options.

Return Policy

Any non-customized items can be exchanged, within 15 days, for an item of equal value. The date on the receipt shipped with your order is the beginning of the 15 day return period. No items will be eligible for refund.

Customized items, due to the fact that they were designed especially for you, cannot be exchanged or returned.

My jewelry is crafted with the utmost precision, but as we all know, life happens. So, if you should require it, I offer free repairs and adjustments for the life of the piece.
